Richard B. Ryans Jr.

Richard Benjamin Ryans Jr., 63, passed away on Dec. 22, 2015 in Longview, Wash. He was born in Lawton, Okla., on Aug. 8, 1952 and grew up in Galt.

Charming and friendly, he traveled the country as a truck driver and retired in 2012. He always enjoyed caring for his garden and house plants, playing dominos, and spending time with friends.

Surviving him are his daughter, Loni (Kent) McKelvie of Marlborough, Mass.; four sisters, Elaine Galiste of Lodi, Debra Maberto of Galt, Shirley Williams of Galt and Shelia George of Fremont. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard “Johnny” Ryans and Deloris (Burk) Ryans.
